I’m a licensed mortgage advisor serving clients in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. I offer an impressive background with top national banking and mortgage groups, where I excelled in builder account management for new construction and local real estate agent agencies. I’m a major contributor to REALTORS® Political Action Committee and am an active working member of the South Carolina Real Estate Association and Jacksonville Board of REALTORS®. She will not simply sell you a house to make a buck. On the contrary, she will be honest with you regarding the neighborhood, quality of property, and pricing. When you arrive to view a property that isn't what you are looking for she will not waste your time showing you a home that won't be the best fit for you. Once engaged in the contract process Karen will be prompt with all correspondence and documents. She will walk you through the entire process.
