This is my first home and I am a very picky person! Priscilla was patient and understanding while also suggesting I should possibly go with a new build. I was under the impression a new build would be more expensive. We met my budget and was able to make some upgrades as well!! She is like a personal assistant, managing the process the whole way, keeping me afloat and compliant with all the paperwork needed and the appointments for orientation, blue tape, inspection etc. Closing was a breeze! I am in love with not only the house, but the seamless and fun process Priscilla has been able to make this.

She came in there and we hit it off from the beginning. She help me with my packing I used to call her my little packing dynamo, because let me tell you that woman could pack some boxes and her professionalism and just her kindness and willing to help when I didn’t feel like packing, she encouraged me to get it done. She was so kind and very helpful and willing to help with whatever she took time away from her family to help me. We sold the house. If Karen is your agent she will have your best interests in mind from start to finish. She will work tirelessly to find something that meets your needs and make you the most happy with your decision. She will not simply sell you a house to make a buck. On the contrary, she will be honest with you regarding the neighborhood, quality of property, and pricing. When you arrive to view a property that isn't what you are looking for she will not waste your time showing you a home that won't be the best fit for you. Once engaged in the contract process Karen will be prompt with all correspondence and documents. She will walk you through the entire process. Karen will point you in the right direction if you need reputable home inspectors, electricians, plumbers, or HVAC techs. If Karen recommends a business you can trust you are going to get quality work for a fair price. In our situation, we were looking to rent a property for short-term use. It became clear that we should pivot to looking to purchase a low-cost option instead. She didn't try to sell us on one option vs the other. She wasn't upset about having to change direction. She just wanted what was best for our situation and went about finding us a fabulous property in a wonderful neighborhood for a fair price during a time when real estate prices were out of control.
